What HOIV stands for — and what we ask of everyone who carries our name on their event, venture or work.

What we believe

  1. Innovation comes from people.

    From ambitious, driven people — founders, artists and makers who set out to build what does not exist yet. Everything we do starts with them.

  2. It needs a place of excellence.

    Ambition does its best work where excellence is expected and made possible: in the space, the tools and the standards around it.

  3. And a community.

    HOIV brings ambitious people together, so that they challenge each other, help each other and unfold their potential.

  4. Free from distortion.

    That environment has to be free from distorting factors. It stays independent, and it stays private — until the ventures that succeed here go public.

What it takes. We power or support an event on the condition that we know who it is for and who it is with. Tell us, and make sure it is in line with this policy.
